On Wednesday, May 8th we had a great time at the 5th annual RCMS Move-Up Meet at Randolph High School. We had sixty-one members of the RCMS Track team compete with the high school athletes in the 100, 200, 400, 800, 1 mile, 4×100 relay, shot-put, high jump, and long jump. It was a wonderful learning opportunity for our young athletes to experience running on the high school track and competing in these events. High school athletes also led the middle school team in warm-ups and spoke to them about their experience as a Randolph High School student-athlete.
We had several stand-out performances, with 12 middle school athletes qualifying for states!!
Anaya Osagie: 200 meters and 4×100
Caliyah Francis: 4×100
Janae Gomes: 4×100
