Boys and Girls, come and prepare yourself for your fall season by taking part in the Randolph High School Summer Strength and Conditioning Program

                                         June 27th-August 17th                                                                                                    

OFF July 3rd -5th, July 31st –August 4th

2x per week – Tuesday, Thursday

2 Sessions per day: 8:30am-10am, 5:30pm-7:00pm

Mission Statement:

The mission of the Randolph High School Strength and Conditioning Program is to provide well researched instruction and motivation to the athletes of RHS. The program assists in the physical and mental development of Randolph athletics to allow its athletes to compete at the highest level while minimizing the risk and severity of injuries.
